When you see the manners with which these young men carried themselves, well, let me say this.
When my family and I were looking to join the real United States of America and leave whatever that (Philadelphia/New Jersey/New York) area was we were in, one of the tell-tale signs that we had landed in the real America, in this case Texas, was when I would approach young men in my neighborhood and they would behave just like the ones in this movie. Nothing short of “no, sir”, “yes, sir”, I was pleasantly surprised. In fact, in the morning when I go power walking, a big group of young men are always doing their usual morning run. As they pass by me in the street, always shirtless no matter the temperature, they actually remind me of the young men of this movie.
Yup. Manners count.
