“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.” ~ Rumi
By Catherine Austin Fitts
It is my pleasure to introduce our new series: the Solari Health Series. This coming week, we publish my interview with host Jennifer Walters, BSN-RN, PHN, MFA.
Jennifer and I have been talking about the “aha” moments in our life when we realized that we had to take charge of our health—and we had to become exceptionally discerning users of a health care system in which therapies are increasingly dictated by the government and the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. I asked Jennifer to share some of her most important “aha” moments, including the story about when her son’s vaccine injury years ago set her on a much more independent path.
Jennifer is a registered nurse with experience working in hospitals and with a wide variety of patients, including in the areas of labor and delivery, home health care, and patient advocacy. A review of her resume tells you that this is a person who is literate in everything from the full gamut of homemade kitchen remedies to the most sophisticated procedures and lab testing that medicine can offer. Most importantly, Jennifer is a mother responsible for family nutrition and her children’s health.
Whether we are learning to take better care of ourselves or how to navigate the medical war zones in our lives, staying healthy has become an exceptionally important but complicated task. The more we can learn about how to do so—and, as much as possible, take care of our health in ways that are practical and economic—the better.
I and the Solari team are very grateful that Jennifer has agreed to take this task on. Please take this opportunity to welcome her to our team and give her your ideas and feedback on what you would like her to cover in the Solari Health Series.
This is the last week of the month, so there is no Money & Markets or Ask Catherine this week. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary for the following week here.
Talk to you Thursday!

Jennifer: I have enjoyed your posts on health and look forward to your presentations. Best wishes to you as you prepare.
Donna, I am so happy to be a part of the Solari family. Thank you for your support. : )
Bravo!!!! Jennifer and Catherine, thank you so much for doing this series. Jennifer is absolutely perfect for this and I can’t wait to see her future reports. Jennifer, as a “reformed” medical device executive who was vaccine injured myself due to “mandatory” vaccines for the job (I’m healed/healing now after a long path), and as the daughter of an old school best of the best cerebrovascular neurosurgeon, and as the wife of a surgeon (who was also vaccine injured from a “mandatory” vaccine for surgical “privileges” at the hospital), and finally as the daughter of one of those beloved battle-axe nurses that really are the best in the field of healers/nurses, you are someone I have enormous respect and affection for (especially now that I know your personal and professional story). I found myself very emotional listening to all three of your stories…. the story of your beautiful son and your Motherly instinct that took over (aka ‘Tag you’re it’), the story of the body-snatched, brainwashed medical professionals you once thought you knew well (‘Avoid the zombie traps’), and the story of knowing that the remedy and the Divine appointment to find the real healers/healing has always been in your hands (‘Medical system literacy -Know where the real healers are in the maze’). I feel so profoundly grateful to God for the awakening that you, me and many others have been divinely blessed with. In 2018, upon asking for a prescription to take to the local Walgreens to get myself caught up on Prevnar, Pneumovax and a flu shot (I was brainwashed by other medical professionals due to declining health that I needed these), an enormously brave MD pulled me out of the abyss from which I was about to jump. He insisted that I needed to study vaccine policy. He knew enough about me to know that if he could get me to do it, I would study the you-know-what out of it. Because of my enormous respect for this doctor, I started studying (Fall 2018) and I have never stopped. His bravery saved my life, the lives of my 82 year old retired nurse Mom (my Dad passed in 2015), my husband, my step-kids, and anyone who will listen to me. As you know, it’s a really lonely road at times, but one from which none of us would ever stray. You’re story resonates so massively with me and I’m confident you will be making an enormous impact with whatever you present to Solari’s entire community. Please add me to your list of friends who ‘get it’. I know how lonely this walk is. You were selected on a spiritual level to teach countless people and your impact will be endless. I’m certain of it. I would personally love to know more about the resources you have found to help in the detox process and chelation protocol. Thank you so much for this interview and your recommendations at the end. I can’t wait to dive in to more learning. I hope one day I have an opportunity to talk to you live or better yet, meet in person. God bless you both and thank you so much for this! Holly
Holly! I am thrilled that you are part of our Solari family. I can’t tell you how my heart jumped into my throat when you said you were getting an Rx “to go to Walgreens for the pneumo, Prev and Flushot” I had to stop for a minute to catch my breath…I am so glad you ran into a health pro that knew you would study the heck out of the injection policies and find the truth, which I know saved your life. This is a lonely place to be, but after Covid hit I have found so many more leaving “mainstream” or “old health care” and joining us in the trenches. Everyday is a lesson in immune health vs immune damage in my house. Our oldest being injured by the vaccines, his baby brother, now 10, is vaccine free. I can tell you it is amazing to see how our immune systems are supposed to work. My heart breaks for my Bryan that I destroyed his health & development that God gave him. It is joyful and painful to see how easily his brother Christopher learns and heals compared to Bryan’s daily struggle. Our bodies are amazing just the way He made them. I am so excited Catherine asked me to be a part of this. I kept pinching myself during the interview lol. Thank you for your kind reply, you have made my day. Give your Mom and yourself a huge hug from me!
It’s my understanding, Dr. Rashid Buttar in North Carolina (he has a medical clinic outside Charlotte) also had a vaccine injured son. He was diagnosed as autistic…Dr. Buttar developed a protocol for his treatment and has treated other autistic children worldwide…his son is now in his 20’s and has no signs of autism. Thinking part of his protocol was chelation therapy to remove heavy metals…don’t know what else. Might be something/someone for Jennifer to investigate?!
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! Oh yes, we love Dr Buttar! We started going to a doctor under the DAN protocols, Defeat Autism Now, a few years after Dr Buttar was healing his son. We tried the IV Chelation but my son had a weird reaction, he was almost 3, very small, so we decided to do Low Dose Cutler Chelation, along with a lot of other protocols, supplements and therapies. The chelation was the key to how well he is now, but healthy diet, physical exercise has been a God send as well. My son, now 15years old, is doing so much better since his injury at 1yr old. It has taken years, a lot of hard work from him and us, but he is on his way to recovered. He is very smart, funny, laughs, runs, jumps and plays, everything Kaiser and the other therapists told me he would never be able to do. We were told he would end up in an institution, too tall or strong for us to handle him when he grew up. Ugh. He is taller than me now and heading for over 6ft for sure, but his outburst and other violence hasn’t come back “knock-wood” since we removed certain allergens from his diet. Low-Dose Chelation was the key for us (see Fight Autism and Win book I spoke about in the interview and is linked above) but there are so many different ways to find recovery protocols out there, it all depends on what works for the child/adult/family. We found what works for us. After his vaccines Bryan’s brain swelled and he was toxic, but after years of hard work he lost his autism diagnosis around 5 or 6, went to regular school (we homeschool now due to vaccine laws & crappy school systems) and now is just a lanky silly kid with some immune dysfunction the doctors call PANDAS Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Related to Strep. Dr Buttar’s son and the kids I know of that are recovered are the lucky ones (lucky doesn’t mean they didn’t work and sacrifice for years to get back their health). There are some that no matter what the parents or doctors do or try the kids never recover their speech or their ability to go a few minutes without a seizure and can never potty train completely. Diapers and helmets are the future for the severely injured, I know a few families with that outcome and it’s hell on earth, but that doesn’t stop any of those parents or kids from trying to recover their health or joy in life. The lockdowns were the hardest on them, they were abandoned by therapists and programs with their sometimes violent adult-kids that bite/punch/kick etc… it was an ugly time for those parents-usually single due to divorce. But there are positives that happen in our community as well. Recently, JB Handley, a father of a non-verbal 17yr old kid, just found out his son is a genius by using a non-verbal way of communication training called S2C, Spelling to Communicate. It’s wonderful exciting story you can read about in the book “Underestimated An Autism Miracle” by JB and Jamison (that’s his kid) Handley. I think Catherine has a review on it? I know Children’s Health Defense does. All I know is I was in tears the entire time reading it. The hope we have for our kids recovery and the guilt we feel from causing those issues knows no bounds. I don’t consider Bryan fully recovered because we can’t go a day without a special diet, supplements or a plan for any health issue that may pop up or a behavior that could sneak back into our lives due to his body’s reaction to a food allergy or a toxin exposure. “Walking on egg shells” or “waiting for the poop to hit fan” is how my dad used to explain the lifestyle with a vaccine injured kid. I do consider Bryan to be on the road to recovery (getting closer everyday) and hopefully someday he can live a happy life and contribute to others, maybe holding a job, having friends or even a family. For now, we take vaccine injury recovery one day at a time. It’s a lot more complicated that it seems because one recovery treatment doesn’t work for everyone. I am so grateful for the Solari family. I am one interview into getting to know everyone and already a great recommendation for a fabulous doctor! Just think how far we can go together on this journey to find great health care ideas. Thank you so much Dianne. Have a wonderful weekend, Jennifer
Jennifer, so glad you are aware of Dr. Buttar. Am sure you are also aware then of Ty and Charlene Bollinger, founders of The Truth About Cancer and The Truth About Vaccines. I’ve personally benefited from natural medicine BUT find many of my friends (including my spouse) prefer the dictates of Big Pharma…sad…but I can’t fix it…can only try and educate or re-educate as the case may be. :-). Best wishes on your continued journey…hopefully changes will be made to mandated vaccine protocols for children.
I was listening to this as I was driving home and hearing your story, trying not to ugly cry. While unique, it reminded me of so many other similar stories I have heard. Thank you for sharing that.
I worked for an old battle axe medical malpractice attorney, who said that most doctors practice “odds medicine”. If you can add to the doctor’s explanation, “odds are you have” (insert diagnosis), followed by no tests and a prescription. Anyway, it might be good to have an interview with someone adept of sniffing out medical BS versus real quality medical care. Perhaps things to listen for and watch for when interacting with a hospital or doctor.
Thanks again for doing this and for your sharing. God bless.
Matthew, That is amazing! “odds are doctors” are the bad guys. That “battle axe” attorney hit the nail on the head. What a wonderful way to phrase exactly what we are looking for, quality care instead of stepping in medical BS. Thank you for the story, I will do my best to put together some BS-less information. Have a wonderful weekend. -Jennifer
This will be a wonderful series by some so competent and genuine. Looking forward to all of them.
Ulrike, I am thrilled that you enjoyed the interview. I had to pinch myself 100 times to make sure I wasn’t dreaming during the interview. I can’t tell you how many times I bring up your name in conversation, watch your videos and read your articles. Thank you for all that you do. : )
