  1. The US DoD couldn’t convince Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf to host AFRICOM… in keeping with Liberia’s tradition of being a CIA training location, and embassy communications infrastructure (large antenna field on the way to Robertsfield Airport) location.

Four years later she got an Ebola outbreak that did NOT follow the typical Ebola outbreak pattern. My RPCV network said there were three biosafety Level 4 laboratories – one in Sierra Leone, one in Guinea and one in Liberia. The weaponized ebola strain President Sirleaf experienced was supposed to have come from the lab in Sierra Leone.

  2. The Nordstrom ransackers were even dressed like the Black Block that is hired by the police to turn peaceful protests violent…

Ronald Reagan created Readiness Exercise 1984 (Rex84) to incarcerate up to 21 million African Americans…

  3. Who is funding Naomi Klein and provided information for her SHOCK DOCTRINE? This is definitely inside information.

  4. 11:15) Future sugggestion – when you mention other media, please provide websites, etc., so we can research on our own. (I realize this reference was deleted. So next time.) THANKS!

  5. Catherine, et al – Is this how banks are moving money out of the country?
    http://www.intrafi.com

Chosen by thousands of banks since its founding (as Promontory Interfinancial Network) nearly two decades ago, IntraFi Network has assembled the nation’s largest bank deposit network. Its solutions connect financial institutions of all sizes to help each build stronger relationships with its customers, fund more loans, and diversify funding. As the nation’s #1 provider of reciprocal deposit services and a leading provider of overnight and term funding options, IntraFi Network has the scale to be a strategic partner for even the largest bank’s funding and capital management needs, or for the smallest.

  6. Greetings. Great chat.

Thought regarding home builders … If you intend to destroy vast numbers of homes (maui etc), then investing in guys who get the rebuild contract makes. Can’t build back better til after you burn it all down.

  7. For further depth on the thefts and lootings John reports on in this episode….This is from James Corbetts’
    The Looting Conspiracy
    article 8/28/2023
    https://www.corbettreport.com/the-looting-conspiracy/
” How could anyone possibly benefit from this criminality?
But let’s imagine for a moment that you’re not a regular, psychologically stable, law-abiding citizen. Let’s imagine instead that you’re a psychopathic eugenicist hell-bent on bringing in a technocratic police state, one in which you have total control of the economy and every transaction taking place within it. In that case, your agenda might be very different from that of the average person.” james corbett —

    1. Great post. Friend in NYC said stores are now keeping everyday amenities behind lock & key (shaving cream, toothbrushes, etc). I suppose it’s good for employment since more people will be needed to help customers.

  8. Could Buffett be betting on Builders because he knows all the zoning requirements and building codes are going to change? (Gas to Electric, etc.)

  9. Catherine,

On Covid, developments in Italy as follows: the same lawyers team that wrote officially against the Ministry of Health announced vaccination plan 2023-24, following the approval of the new Covid-19 vaccines that should cover for this Fall’s alleged variants by EMA (the European Medicine Agency), have now written a formal legal notice to EMA, questioning their risk-benefits analysis against the backdrop of the existing evidence on side effects, and informing on writing that they are ready to lodge a criminal case against the individuals composing the CHMP should EMA endorse their advice.

  10. You mentioned winds on Weather.com for hurricane Hilary. Being in Sarasota, FL, I tracked hurricane Idalia using MyRadar.com and WillyWeather.com. The Main-Stream Media hype did not match the actual storm. I have screenshots, if you’re interested. Thanks for the great content.

  11. John Titus is pure Milk! I was sustained on milk as a child. John gives me substance!

  12. Cathrine, The sketchy guy John Pelletier is also the coroner for Maui county. He needs to be majorly investigated.

    1. Trying to confirm. Looks like the feds are controlling the coroner office work. If you can send me confirming links, please post!

  13. When you spoke about the Bank of Ireland and people were taking money above what was in their account, it reminded me of the Credit Union in New York during 911 when the cable wires running under the trade center during the collapse caused a glitch where people were taking money out that they knew they did not have in their accounts. The conclusion is that they had to pay it back whether by loan or…

  14. Catherine/John: I read Christine Legarde’s speech at Jackson Hole. This was the main point: “we may be entering an age of shifts in economic relationships and breaks in established regularities.” She references shifts and breaks frequently. Can you interpret the pretzel talk, please?

  15. John … i do have a difficult time to understand you … could you please speak more clearly, enunciate better please – thank you

  16. Speaking of pushback…at ground level, wide spread pushback may be forming as a result of mask mandates and lockdowns just ahead. A scary other edge on that sword. They unquestionably have at their disposal other pathogens far more dangerous than the Cov-19. Would they dare to teach the peasants a lesson?

  17. I think it bears amplification that the “tsunami” of regulations or policies as you mentioned is in their game plan has a very serious effect on the drive to acquire real estate, by hook, crook and other means. I can already see some of it going on in the real estate that I control.

First is taxes, which go only one way, and that is up. They go up by legislation and they go up by reevaluating property. Every time the tax goes up, the cost to use the property rises without any ensuing value to the owner. Of course, there are taxes due to inflation in the operating expenses, but actually property owners get nothing for their property taxes. Locally, a new insanity has gripped my town of residence, where dispersed grade schools, which were improved at great expense in the past 20 years, will be razed and/or repurposed in favor of a single complex that will require considerable busing rather than typical short walks for most students. I often say of my co-inhabitants, that they never met a school levy they wouldn’t vote for. I actually got something in the mail exhorting me to contribute $100, $200, or $500 to help fund the campaign to get the levy passed. You can’t make this stuff up. Eventually, the new projects will overrun their budgets, the costs of administering all the transportation will rise, and soon taxes will need additional funding. This would be under normal conditions, but who knows what will happen should supply chains and general costs rise. Incidentally, in the state of Ohio, direct subsidies to better run school districts, such as ours has been reduced in John Kasich’s drive to balance the school budget. The poorly run school districts get disproportionately more money now. You didn’t have to see the 2016 race to know he was a phony.

That’s only one aspect, but it’s one that everyone will be affected by directly. Another thing that happens is that federalization of regulations, such as under the US EPA or the Americans with Disabilities Act causes fantastic compliance costs for municipalities, with an additional demand on the tax base. Somebody’s going to go bankrupt from this, either the cities or the tax base. I can definitely see where people will have to give up their homes because they cannot afford the taxes.

You often say, “make friends with your sheriff,” but he’s the one that sells your property when you can’t pay the taxes. He may actually not be your friend at that point. It’s all hard cold numbers, and all the talk of civic pride in the town is forgotten about when you’ve defaulted and gone away.

  18. Who writes this stuff John Titus? The CIA does, start listening to RFK Junior a bit more…the CIA owns the media right along with Big Pharma, they are violating their charter of not propagandizing the American people have been doing so for some time.

    1. I was thinking the same. The CIA does.
And the 5 eyes countries pick up these intelligence written op pieces and publish it too.

The propaganda and influence on WHAT the public should think about and WHEN to think about it and HOW to think about it, makes it extremely hard to follow the media.

Because its a very clever mix of lies and truth together, to manipulate the public’s belief and therefore their actions.

And these intelligence people infiltrate alternative media too. Sometimes things are obvious, other times not.
Time is important… give yourself lots of time before drawing conclusions in your mind on what are truths and what are lies.

  19. Victoria Nuland, as a little girl was in the celebrations of the Stepan Banderas Ukrainians that live in upstate New York and have been there since the 80s at least with the support of the CIA. In other words, Victoria Nuland comes from a family of Ukrainian Nazis, lets be clear on that, so, referring to her as a neocon does not quite capture it, Victoria Nulands’ family are Banderistas

  20. Catherine, I really appreciate you sharing how Libya was a thriving economy under Ghadafi. I always knew that but I never was clear if you knew that. I mention this because most Americans are asleep at the wheel til this day on what a tragedy it was to topple the Libyan government like that. They had a better quality of life than us in terms of how the government use their gold backed dinar and oil revenues to help its people, til this day the average American is clueless on how horrendous it was that we went over there and did what we did.

  21. The math argument about the grid and electric vehicles ignores the fact that if the elites kill 95% of humans the resources will indeed be adequate. The Evil Cabal that runs the world is gaslighting people into thinking that they will still be alive and living the same standard of living. In fact, most humans will be murdered and the rest will be eating bugs and living under house arrest. Nicole Kidman demonstrates your future diet if the Cabal succeeds.

  22. Our status quo has stooped to a new low, even in my book Our Status Quo is Crumbling, I did not foresee this. But today Biden, George Soros and others are using the tactics that the Jamaican politicians used in the 70s to “play politics”, which is hire criminals to either commit crimes or harass or kill or whatever. Then the opposing political party hired their own gangs and thats why in the 70s you hear a lot of gang violence in Jamaica, it was all the fault of the political parties, it was basically the gangs who represented a particular political party that paid them.

Here is a big clue, when a Jamaican citizen would be about their business driving down a road, then they hit a roadblock set up by a gang, the first question the gang would ask the citizen is, what political party do you support?

Say the wrong one, and you are dead. The father of an ex-girlfriend of mine made it out of Jamaica because his answer always was, “I don’t believe in any political party, I believe in God”.

  23. Ahh interesting about the chief of police of Maui, it reminds me of the leader of the religious cult that went to Guyana and then they all poisoned themselves, Jim Jones.

What most people do not know is that years prior to this Jim Jones cult, Jim Jones was the director of HUD in San Francisco during the Harvey Milk era, I believe, then he completed his mission and then tapped him out, he stepped down as director of San Francisco HUD, never to be heard from again until he appeared in the news as the head of this cult and no on ever said, hey wasn’t that the former director of San Francisco HUD?

Anyway, that is a big clue, that the situation in Maui was 100% orchestrated.

  24. On 12th May 2023, one day after the US federal emergency ended, the CDC set a new standard for indoor ventilation in federal buildings: 5 air changes per hour. How many buildings currently meet that standard? Why was the standard delayed until the day after the emergency ended?

What about commercial buildings and insurance policies that may be indexed to federal standards? Could the CDC ruling impact building occupancy on the day after the next US federal emergency is declared?

Which companies might benefit from higher standards for indoor air filtration?

  25. Catherine hope you enjoy Lucerne! A good friend of mine is a music critic and he covers the festival every year. I am a professional musician and thank you again for discovering and featuring the Bach recording of my late professor, Randolph Hokanson!
So grateful to have found Solari

  26. Hi,
If you mirror the new logo for Twitter, “X”, with itself you get the Freemasons’ Compass & Square symbol. Can they be anymore obvious?

    1. A big thanks to you, Karen, for the link.
I was particularly interested to learn finally who is behind Vanguard, a question which has intruiged me for some time.

  27. Not sure if this is confirmation that new COVID lockdowns and eviction moratoriums will be back soon – but VT was scheduled to shut down it’s website to assist Renters and Residents during COVID https://erap.vsha.org/ on August 25, 2023 (yesterday). They would likely use this same site if lockdowns, moratorium and funding for any future programs rather than creating a new site from scratch. So – The website is still up & operating today (August 26, 2023) – will see this continues into next week. Recent announcement: “The Vermont Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program ended June 30, 2023. We are in the process of closing the portals and database. If you have any information stored in the system that you would like to keep from your VERAP account, please login to your VERAP portal and download your information by August 25th.”

  28. Very disturbing to hear of the problems your friend C.J. Hopkins is having in Germany. Keep us informed.

  29. Confiscation of farmland in Holland reminds me of what the Bolsheviks did in Russia and Ukraine. They called it collectivization.

    1. Holland – Netherland executes on a close to 80% socialism with a strong gov welfare system, education is regulated since you are born, min/max salaries, taxes and many social measurements. Unless you are super wealthy, there is no much freedom for the average individual. Traveling, unless close to home is very unlikely. They have implemented smart – city initiatives and are a source of a lot of software/tech/science R&D for exports benefiting the gov and wealthy, green energy ideation and transportation control for the masses. Collectivism is at the base, not individualism, which points to socialistic measurements.

  30. I have not listened to the M&M yet but I am watching the ensuing elections in The Netherlands. I use your experience with all the time you spend there to have great hope the election scenario that could change things is successful. Would really like to see that as the road to change. Would not mind getting a talking to on having patience with the system, Then again, we’ll see. ?

  31. Just a quick note about something I am seeing in 2022 medical records. Patients who test positive for Covid-19 offered a drug called Paxlovid. Paxlovid is a Pfizer combination drug including Nirmatrelvir/Ritonavir. It was recently FDA approved, May, 2023, for treatment of Convid. Ritonavir was previously used for HIV and this really struck me because I was an HIV drug research nurse in the 1990’s, and I remember this drug, Ritonavir, was used in combination HIV treatment/study drugs in the 90’s. I seem to recall that Anthony Fauchi was involved there somewhere, with all of the HIV drugs, including the Ritonavir. I think he was behind the whole HIV drug research machine, at that time, but not certain. I think that quick studies of this drug to treat Convid were in put in place when EUA sham went up. HIV, Convid, EUA, Fauchi, antiretrovirals, quick FDA approval, brought to you by Pfizer and offered to patients prior to FDA approval? As Joseph would say, its one of those things that makes you go hmmmm. Not seeing a lot of this drug going out. Not yet but will keep watch and update.

    1. Ritonovir went generic in 2020, about the same time EUA went up.
Ritonavir was patented in 1989 and came into medical use in 1996. It is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. Ritonavir capsules were approved as a generic medication in the United States in 2020.
Paxlovid patent landscape: At present, much of what we know about Paxlovid’s patent landscape comes from a voluntary license agreement between Medicines Patent Pool (MPP) and Pfizer. This was devised to facilitate the granting of sub-licenses to qualified generic manufacturers in 95 countries (mostly low- and lower-middle-income countries) for the production of generic versions of Paxlovid.
Exhibit B of the MPP-Pfizer license agreement details that Pfizer has only one patent family related to the Paxlovid product which, as of this writing, has no granted patents. The “international” PCT application PCT/IB2021/057281 listed was expected to publish in Mar. 2022 (18 months from the earliest priority date of Sep. 3, 2020 – see the four “inactive” U.S. patent applications mentioned in Exhibit B). However, Pfizer requested early publication of the PCT application; the application’s contents were made available to the public on Dec. 16, 2021 with a publication number of WO/2021/250648. https://www.citizen.org/article/paxlovid-patent-landscape/
And from Washington post on 8/3/2023: “Opinion  The Checkup With Dr. Wen: Paxlovid is still underutilized. That must change”. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2023/08/03/paxlovid-covid-treatment-antiviral-pill/
      Again- hmmmm

    2. So that what I’m saying here is that pharmaceutical companies make more money on a drug that us “under patent” and exclusive to that drug company as a brand name drug, supposedly so that the pharmaceutical company can charge more for it, and has time for return on investment of the costs of studying and implementing that drug. After a specified period of time the drug goes off patent and “generic” and is no longer sold under an expensive brand name. The HIV drug Ritonavir went generic in the year 2020, just as covid hit and emergency use authorization (EAU) were implemented. The now generic HIV drug Ritonavir was repackaged in 2020 as a covid combination drug called Paxlovid, with a new patent application by Pfizer for the Paxolvid combination drug, containing Ritonavir, possibly putting Ritonavir back under patent as a covid drug.

    3. And how sick might the population get this Fall, with a subsequent big demand for Paxlovid prescriptions? The same Paxlovid that was introduced and pushed by the Washington Post on August 3, 2023. Right before we started hearing about new variants and mask mandates coming this Fall. Paxlovid, the repackaged HIV drug, may be aimed at the unvaccinated.

  32. Catherine is there a way we can get the study by Dr Thomas on the vaccinated berths unvaccinated data. Being a healthcare provider it would be beneficial for my patients to have access to that data.
    Thank you
    James Stivaly

    1. James, Hello! Here is the link to the article:
      https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/22/8674
Dr Paul Thomas’ article was “retracted” due to concerns an anonymous reader had about the larger number of sick kids with various illnesses like ear infections and gastritis were due to being vaccinated or not or the unvaccinated going to the well-baby visits. After some back and forth, the journal decided to pull that study.
BUT, Dr James Lyons-Weiler and Dr Blaylock decided to do another study: “Revisiting Excess Diagnoses of Illnesses and Conditions in Children Whose Parents Provided Informed Permission to Vaccinate Them”
      https://ijvtpr.com/index.php/IJVTPR/article/view/59
Here is an article in The Defender talking about the study above and Dr Paul Thomas as well.
      https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/study-unvaccinated-healthier-vaccinated-kids/
And finally, here are links to articles that I find helpful from 2019 by Robert Kennedy entitled Vaccinated vs Unvaccinated part 1 & 2.
BTW, There are more “parts”, I think he went up to 11 or more…you will find the links under the articles.
      https://childrenshealthdefense.org/child-health-topics/exposing-truth/fully-vaccinated-vs-unvaccinated/
      https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/government-corruption/fully-vaccinated-vs-unvaccinated-part-2/
Hope this helps, have a wonderful weekend.
      Jen

      1. The War on Informed Consent: The Persecution of Dr. Paul Thomas by the Oregon Medical Board (Children’s Health Defense) Hardcover – August 24, 2021
by Jeremy R. Hammond (Author), Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (Foreword)

        1. Catherine, Yes! I forgot about that one! What a nightmare story! We need to get out from under the thumb of medical and nursing boards.
Have a gorgeous weekend! I can’t wait to see photos of that theater! I bet it was wonderful!
          Hugs, Jen

  33. Yesterday the traitor Emmanuel Goldstein accompanied by his entourage surrendered to the authorities in Georgia and was booked on charges of wrong think, disseminating misinformation and other crimes against the state that The Party is still investigating.

  34. John & Catherine, any particular reason you don’t use a browser adblocker? Maybe because I’ve spent decades avoiding/blocking such advertising, the ads in the stories seem a distraction (grandma’s bra was a funny one).

Pretty easily solved with a browser extension/add on (after a little tweaking to minimize site breakage).

  35. Trump??? From the people I speak with there are 2 main camps. One thinks all charges are to keep Trump from running. The other which includes me, all the charges are a distraction. My problem is what they are distracting us from. Is it so they can keep building the cattle pen, is it to distract from the heat on Biden and Hunter? Is it to just divide America and the conservatives and rural America? Is it to keep pushing the agenda that will cause unrest? My take also is if they wanted him in jail it would have already happened, especially if the charge of him showing secret information you guys talked about in the first charges is true.  It would help in figuring this out if we knew the elite time table. 2030 is out there but they are ramping up everything……..why now? Maybe they are losing control?             Yes on Twitter X brain chip Musk, I have been out of twitter for months now. Nope don’t trust him at all. Thank you Catherine and John, I so look forward every week to listen and gain more facts, it helps me build the bigger picture.

    1. All the charges are a distraction. We are in time of information war and it is time to apply heavy discernment. Don’t believe imediatelly everything you read in one place but — what and how — are people doing it for. Ask why? How does that benefit you or not? People do things, work, and react for different reasons and motives.

      1. Yes EM, as Annie Duke said in her book How To Decide, always ask questions about stuff we don’t know. The simple reason I always build the bigger picture and keep up with Catherine. She has thousands of connections I do not. Yep it is a war, and dear old Make America Great Jab Trump who pushed loose money his 4 years and gave helped give us the inflation we have and for sure takes and deserves all the credit for the jab he is apart of so so much harm, he owns a lot of were we are today. Many say he is a white hat…….not me. He knew and bowed to big pharma and the military. Voted for him twice but never again.

        1. James Corbett and James Evan Pilato refer to Trump’s shots as the “maga-jabs” – seems appropriate!

        2. How do you think the media would have treated him if he didn’t provide a solution? And he did try to provide several alternatives that would have made the shot useless. Lastly, he never supported any mandate, people needed to discern and take personal responsibility.

    2. Good questions. IMO, The smartest thing for Joe Biden, if he had a ball on him, would be to pardon Trump immediately and cancel all the hijinks. This would probably yield him 10 points in the polls. He doesn’t, though and he won’t, and will pay the price for it.

Once Trump is re-elected, the smartest thing for him to do would be to pardon Biden. That changes the conversation altogether and unites people. What are we going to get out of putting a decrepit old man through a ringer? More wrinkles? We’ll see what happens.

  36. Covid 2.0 The Empire strikes back, seems to be ready for release next month indeed. Lol!

Be sure to mask up eyes and ears as this new B.S.24.7 strain is spreading especially fast over legacy media channels again..

  37. Catherine, I have it from someone who knows that AfricaCom is indeed in Stuttgart, but it is not divided into sub commands. A lower level command structure, Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAfrica) is sub-divided but is still headquartered in Stuttgart. They may be hysterical about West Africa because of the natural resources (oil, uranium) and that China is all over it.

  38. Catherine, Don’t you think that another reason for the distrust of the USA in Africa has to do with the medical genocide going on for decades?

    1. Good point. Former presidents Thabo Mbeki and Zuma from South Africa doubted the big Aids medication push back in the day.
Beside their faults, they were pretty wise to mistrust big pharma.

  39. Thank you Catherine and John! Have a wonderful Labor Day! Our youngest was born on a Labor Day almost 12 yrs ago… “Laboring on Labor-Day” was quite a hit with all of my fellow labor and delivery nurses that assisted in his delivery lol!
Celebrating his 12th will be a blast! His silly friends will come over and along with his big brother, they will eat us out of house and home. ; ) Filling up our Joy Bucket for sure!

Sending all of my Solari Family love, hugs and prayers of strength for the coming months! Stay Strong and Just Say No to any covid 2.0 nonsense.
    -Jen

  40. John as you said zero chance on police chief. That shooting still bugs me a lot. I have forgot the details of shots seems like 200 or 251 but could be wrong. The distance was something like over 200 yards. My point you can not spray bullets at random and kill at that high of rate, at the distance he or who ever was shooting, unless they were professional. Just don’t add up and we never got any good info on it either. So many unanswered questions on that shooting.

  41. Catherine, if you can spare the time Tucker and Col Macgregor is worth every min. Two quotes “if we don’t stop war comes to the USA” and toward the end he talks about it all breaking. My vote he would be a great VP for RFK jr.

  42. On July 7th, Chicago Fed talks of the “golden” path to lower inflation. A day ago, the Chicago Tribute has a headline. “On the eve of his first Jackson Hole Economic Policy Symposium as president of the Chicago Fed, Austan Goolsbee sees a “golden path” ahead to getting inflation down and avoiding a recession.” They also mention, “Do not fight the Fed”. Must be a balancing act to fight inflation and service $32 trillion of public debt that will exceed the military and Medicare annual funding just to service the public debt.. Snowballs are exponential if math matters, yet with AI, we have the new math.

  43. ESG presented as a noble cause, is in fact, a trojan horse to silo profits and bring in authoritarian control through social credit scores.

  44. But the Bank of Ireland customers who withdrew more money than was in their accounts don’t also get franking privileges, do they?

  45. Can you please renew my subscription, I think its due end of this month or a few days before. Please check and let me know.
    Jutta Woods

    1. Send this in to Customer Support. You may have gotten one of the faulty expiration notices. Deepest apologies if that is so. Software developer made a mistake a sent out false notices.

  46. Catherine,
I received a renewal e-mail from Solari this morning.
I thought it was curious, so I checked out my account (I did not use their link). My subscription is up for renewal in April (not August), as I thought.
I thought you should know. I can forward it to you. I also took a screen shot.

    1. I received similar message. Did the subscription went up in price? Thinking or not to renew. Lots of information is visually out there and there are too many un-known for the general public to make any difference at this point.

      1. The price is still the same.
I love Solari. I’m a lifer. Or until Trudeau cuts us off at the knees. Which might be at the same time.

      2. Deepest apologies. We were testing new subscription software. One of the developers made a mistake. The result was approximately half the subscribers got an expiration notice. Just ignore. False alarm.

        1. I got the same message but it was explained quickly. All ok.
A good friend in LA told me there were 1000’s of troops in LA and many highways were shutdown. She questioned it and wondered if it was something else going on and the ‘hurricane’ was an excuse. She called it a ‘brainstorm’ rather than a ‘rainstorm’. Not a deluge of rain at all but all the talking heads including Newsom of course were there.

    1. This is infuriating. And the Police Chief is also the Coroner! Is that true? Does anyone know?

  47. Assembling some reports and a preliminary speculation:

“In 2023, the military of Niger successfully seized power in a coup, sparking a diplomatic crisis. After an emergency summit on 10 August 2023, ECOWAS authorized an armed intervention in Niger to restore the country’s elected government.[40] Ecowas activated its standby force, ECOWAS military chiefs meet on 17–18 August to discuss potential intervention in Niger where all members beside Cape Verde would contribute forces to the standby force…”–Wikipedia

“Wagner is reportedly in talks with the military junta in Niger that is looking to raise forces to supress a jihadi insurrection that has been plaguing the country for years. Prigozhin talked about Russia’s role in making the continent ‘free’.” –MSN.COM

    Then this: https://nypost.com/2023/08/23/russian-dissident-yevgeny-prigozhin-reported-dead-after-a-plane-crash-outside-moscow/

One can only speculate, however video I have seen of the plane crashing indicates it was not a question of structural or mechanical failure, but a shoot down over Russia. The plane fell like a winged rock. It did not appear to have any holes in it. Seems like the kind of thing that could be done with the same kind of weapon that lately lit Maui on fire. As with the “ambiguous” Nordstream pipeline explosion, Western news outlets are quick to point the finger at Russia, and we know how that worked out then. What better way to teach Moscow a lesson than knocking one of its military missions over its own airspace?

      1. For those still thinking Putin ordered the blowing up of Wagner leader Prigozhin’s plane, please read these excerpts from UK’s Independent:

“Our belief is that Russia wants to get a base here and to be popular. It’s obvious they want to be here,” Niamey tailor Baraou Souleimanin told The Associated Press. Since the coup, he said he’s sewn more than 150 Russian flags in a month.

“We pray that Allah strengthens the relationship with (Wagner) to continue the deal. If the relationship is good and strong, it’s possible they’ll continue with the deal even after his death,” he said Thursday.

Wagner’s role will continue even if Prigozhin is dead, experts say

Putin ‘will try and bring Africa closer’
But some in the Central African Republic denounce the mercenaries, and the U.N. peacekeeping mission there criticized them in 2021 for human rights abuses.

“A state’s security is its sovereignty. You can’t entrust the security of a state to a group of mercenaries,” said Jean Serge Bokassa, former public security minister.

Nathalia Dukhan, senior investigator at The Sentry, predicted the Kremlin will try to bring Africa closer into its orbit.

“Wagner has been a successful tool for Russia to expand its influence efficiently and brutally,” she said. “In the midst of all the turmoil between Putin and Prigozhin, the Wagner operation in Central Africa only deepened, with increased direct involvement by the Russian government.”

High-ranking Wagner operatives have built relationships in Mali and the Central African Republic and understand the terrain, said Lou Osborn of All Eyes on Wagner, a project focusing on the group.

“They have a good reputation, which they can sell to another Russian contender. It wouldn’t be surprising if a new organization took them over,” Osborn said, noting that Russian military contractors in Ukraine, such as Redut and Convoy, have recently expressed a desire to do business in Africa.

Africa ‘vitally important to Russia — economically and politically’
This summer, Wagner helped secure a national referendum in the Central African Republic that cemented presidential power; it is a key partner for Mali’s army in battling armed rebels; and it contacted the military junta in Niger that wants its services following a coup.

Expanding ties and undercutting Western influence in Africa is a top priority as the Kremlin seeks new allies amid its war in Ukraine, where Wagner forces also helped win a key battle. Africa’s 54 nations are the largest voting bloc at the U.N., and Moscow has actively worked to rally their support for its invasion.

Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the U.S. ambassador to the U.N., said Friday that Wagner’s forces “are destabilizing, and we’ve encouraged countries in Africa to condemn their presence as well as their actions.”

On Thursday, the Republican Front in the Central African Republic, allied with the ruling party, reiterated its support for Russia and Wagner, saying they were “determined to fight alongside the African people as they struggle for self-determination.”

Wagner forces have served as personal bodyguards for President Faustin Archange Touadera, protecting the capital of Bangui from rebel threats and helping secure a July 30 constitutional referendum that could extend his power indefinitely.

Central African activist and blogger Christian Aime Ndotah said the country’s cooperation with Russia would be unaffected by new leadership with Wagner, which has been “well-established” there for years.”

It seems like Prigozhin was on an authorized mission from Moscow, which opposed ECOWAS, clearly a CIA project.

  48. From transcript:

GOV. GREEN: More than 1000 are unaccounted for, about 1050. It will take several weeks, still, some of the challenges are going to be extraordinary. As you reported, 85% of the- of the land of the impact zone has been covered now by what amounts to an army of search and rescue teams and 41 dogs. So 85% of the land has been covered. Now we go into the larger buildings, which require peeling back some of the floors and structures. That last 15% could take weeks. We do have extreme concerns that because of the temperature of the fire, the remains of those who have died, in some cases, may be impossible to recover meaningfully. So there are going to be people that are lost forever. And right now we’re working obviously with the FBI and everyone on the ground to make sure that we do what we can to assess who’s missing.

    1. Where there was once silence. There is much quiet chatter about these strange fires in Maui.
      Nobody is rationalizing this one.

    1. The Open Socirty headquarters are in NYC. Did anyone cover them during the BLM rioters, etc.? Clinton’s live in Harlem.

  50. Catherine – I see where you were on Coast to Coast AM last night (Aug 21-22 U.S. time). Me being in Central Time Zone, this starts at midnight and repeats 1st hr at 4 a.m. on my local radio station. This is way past my bedtime due to my work schedule. Will you be able to post your 2 hr discussion with George Noory (minus the commercials)? Some guests are able to post a link to their discussions on their websites, such as Richard C Hoagland’s talk on June 28th, but others are not. I’m not sure of the copywright status or financial obligations that go with this. I used to have a subscription to their website but gave it up in favor of Solari.

    1. I did not ask them to post. Lots and lots of commercials. Will ask them next time if Richard is doing. Believe you have heard it all here!

      1. Good.  I was hoping it was such.  For future reference, on Richard’s website the post of his 2 hour discussion and listener call-ins was only 1 hr 10 min, sans most commercials and local station news and bumper music.

  51. So after Hurrican Hilary reminds everyone that a long-forgtotten politician named Hillary Clinton once existed, and disassociates the name from a failed presidential bid, is a Biden Clinton or Clinton Harris ticket in the cards? I must say there certainly is a sense of humor about all this.

  52. Best book I have read in a long time. Recommended by Dr. Jack Kruse.

“Health and Light, The Effects of Natural and Artificial Light on Man and Other Living Things” John N. Ott. 1976

Out of print but well worth the $129.00 I paid for it. In 1976 the book sold for $1.95. This book should be reissued.

      1. The author wrote this book at a time when it was theorized that viruses were causing the cancer epidemic. I found this interesting because he did not argue with the theory but I question one fact:
Cancer in the US was a non issue until the early 1900’s. Were there no viruses prior to 1900? What environmental changes were afoot in the early 1900’s? electrification, chemical poisonings, radio and radar, etc.
The color TV story is just awful with children being x-rayed as they watch tv but the government and industry refusing to do anything about the safety issues. (until GE had no choice and recalled 154k sets for giving off excessive radiation in 1967) Sound familiar?
I was a kid in 1968 and never heard of a Congressional hearing where they passed the Radiation Control Act. But alas, as Ralph Nader said: “the forces of industry and bureaucracy have prevailed”. The standards for radiation were not lowered. The scientists wanted .01 milliroentgen limit but the committee set the standard at .05 milliroentgen.
The author could not gain funding but kept curing cancer with UV light. Imagine that!
Some of the basic medical research was so poorly done on mice kept in basements with no natural light on poor diets, etc.
A lot of good advice for us regarding light especially our health needs of UV light and of course all full spectrum natural light.

        1. Wonder if they needed the high radiation to get the mind control to go or it was just profits.

          1. Could be both.

The radiation was an offshoot of the picture being a certain brightness. The more the picture was brightened the more radiation it produced. Some of the parents who were told to stop their children from watching could not deal with the children’s demands to watch and so they gave in and let them return to watching more tv. Certainly sounds addictive to a certain segment of the population of children.

Also, most that I can remember watched the tv in a darkened room. So, like a bunch of insects all eyes were glued to the screen.

          2. We were early adopters of color tv because my dad worked for RCA. I remember we were told not to sit too close to the set because it would hurt our eyes.
“parents… could not deal with the children’s demands…” Absolutely pathetic. The most important word for child development and parental sanity is… wait for it… NO. I got rid of the tv just before our older child was born and have never looked back. No amount of whining EVER changed NO to yes in our house. About anything.

        1. you can download it for free on zlib. Have to set up tor browser but it’s easy.

      1. Thanks. Read the first few pages. I never knew who had first developed time-lapse photography. I remember watching “The Wonderful World of Disney” on Sunday nights as a kid around 1966, and they showed flowers opening up. I watched in fascination. Color TVs were just starting, but we had a black & white TV. Sometimes we’d go to my uncle’s house to watch it, which was even more vivid and fascinating in color.

        1. The story of time lapse photography is really interesting. Some of his films took years to create.
John Ott was an amazing man. Ignored and suppressed by “science and medicine”.

  53. More then 10 years old, but worthwhile the recap considering today’s world.
