Solari “Meet & Greet” Hosts

We are always appreciative when subscribers give us feedback about our content, but we also frequently receive thanks related to one of the other truly special perks of being a Solari Report subscriber: the opportunity to attend Meet & Greet events to meet Catherine and join forces with like-minded allies. The relationships forged at these gatherings often lead to ongoing friendships and collaborations.

With the last of our 2025 Meet & Greets having taken place, we would like to thank the subscribers who so generously volunteered to serve as hosts this year and made these events so successful. Hosts are responsible for finding a suitable venue, liaising with those interested in attending, meal planning (when the event includes food), ensuring that costs are covered, and handling Catherine’s local logistics.

In 2026, hosts will also need to ensure coverage of Catherine’s travel costs (e.g., airfare or ground transportation, food, and lodging), which they can do in one of several ways outlined in our Solari Meet & Greet Instructions.

Those interested in hosting a Meet & Greet in spring or fall 2026 can email eventcoordinator@solari.com. The 2026 schedule will be posted on the Solari website starting in late January.

We thank our hosts for understanding the importance—and joy—of in-person gatherings and for stepping up to make them happen. We do not take this gift of service to the Solari community for granted!
