What are the characteristics of a Builder?

Builders aren’t defined by a résumé. They’re defined by a mindset.

We’re looking for people who

  • Want to take responsibility for their future
  • Are curious about the world and how it works
  • Are proactive and full of ideas
  • Want to turn ideas into action
  • Are 18–35 years old

Small is beautiful.

We intentionally accept a limited number of participants so that every Builder gets meaningful attention and the opportunity to build genuine relationships.

I struggle to describe how valuable this class has been to my life. To be surrounded and connected to such amazing experts is a dream, and to meet all of the Builders in Florida was a life-changing few days. Truly, this class will be a pivot point in my life when I look back in 20 years.
