Citizen scientist Clifford E. Carnicom made his debut at the Solari Report in May and June 2010, describing the results of his pivotal research on global spraying. In the in-depth June 2010 briefing, Carnicom provided an enlightening overview of his discoveries and their implications in seven different areas: environmental modification and control (including weather modification), biological operations, electromagnetic operations (including HAARP and cell towers), military applications, planetary and geophysical modification, global surveillance, and exotic propulsion and energy systems.
Sixteen years later, Carnicom’s research is still ongoing and increasingly has focused—especially since Covid—on the bioengineering component that has been a key but neglected feature of the spraying operation from the outset. Carnicom returned to Solari in 2024 to discuss his assessment of global bioengineering efforts with Elze van Hamelen.
Carnicom remains our “go-to” source of information on these complex but vitally important topics. We cannot recommend highly enough the information he makes available—in the form of articles, an extensive research library, and detailed laboratory notebooks—at his invaluable Carnicom Institute website and at the Carnicom Institute Substack. His efforts are worthy of our support.
In addition to the Solari Report interviews with Carnicom (listed below), we direct your attention to six interviews that ally Harry Blazer has conducted with Carnicom since 2021 (also listed below), which we are preserving and making available on our server.
