With today’s heightened level of surveillance, I’m now receiving pre-recorded robocalls from our health insurance company, telling us they’re concerned that we may not be providing an appropriate level of healthcare for our teenage daughter. She’s always been healthy, and I’m guessing that they’re monitoring the fact that no charges have been processed for doctor’s visits and vaccines for her.
That is truly scary. I just had a subscriber in California pressured into having a colonoscopy under the same circumstances.
This sounds very much like what is discussed in the book ‘Weapons of Math Destruction’. There are expected ‘norms’ when it comes to health care. Going outside of that confuses their system.
