  1. Dear Catherine
You mentioned that a drop in energy prices will result in a boom in real estate prices. Can you please briefly explain the basic cause and effect principle of this inverse relationship? Are you talking here about the price of oil or of all energy?

That was an important piece of advice you gave about never using the word ‘depressed’. Most duly noted.

      1. Dear Catherine

I listened to the lecture as well as the Q&A session but there was no mention of the price of real estate. I still don’t see what the relationship is between cheaper energy and rising real estate prices.

If one could ignore all the flag waving and jingoism, the lecture itself had some good substance about strategy and history.

Kwast talked about the Constitution giving us rights. My understanding, however, is that our rights are inalienable and are given to us by God. The Constitution is there to defend our rights, not to give them to us. I’m looking forward to your chat with Edmund Veiera.

I also wonder what the point will be of being able to travel from the US to Singapore in 39 minutes if we are all kept sequestered on the neo-feudal estates.

        1. Andrew:

You own an asset. It has revenues of 2x and expenses of 1.75X. It’s largest expense item drops from .75X to .25X. What happens to your profits? What happens to the value of your asset?

          Catherine

  2. thanks for this brilliant work.
does anyone have references on the historical relationship of black rights groups & real estate developers?
it seems to me this was an issue in the ’60s with “urban renewal”

      1. Don’t you know, there’s a Plandemic going on. No one is suppose to notice what we at FNMA/HUD are doing. We have this. Besides it’s none of the American people’s business. LOL

  3. I really enjoy you and John Titus! I’m very interested in financial topics. So I don’t find the material to be dry.
On another note, I just purchased some grounding bed sheets. (To help keep my negative electron levels up.) I was a little leery at first, but decided to give it a try.
Have you heard of earthing? It’s not recommended to try in cities or near power lines. (because of dirty electricity.) But in a rural area, it’s safe. But i’m not sure we get the same benefit our ancestors would have. Since the earths magnetic field is weaker.

    1. I tried it. I believe in walking on the ground bare foot and getting your hands in soil. Don’t believe in the sheets but will be interested to hear what you think.

      1. I received them today. I’m going to test them with my voltmeter. Make sure it’s safe, and not doing more harm than good. However, a friend of mine purchased a set sometime ago. She told me she slept pretty good with them. Unfortunately, the sheets have a short lifespan. I’ll let you know what I think!
