  1. 28:09) Home buying falling. My take on this is that Mr.G doesn’t want people buying. And while it is conceivable that the missing $ is going to construct underground bases, it might also be conceiveable that the missing $ is going toward building smart cities and it’s being kept out of the media.

    1. 18:30) If China is calling their presence in foreign countries “service stations,” and we are to take it at face value, and there is domestic agreement that these foreign service stations be allowed to exist, then the logical question is who/what are they “servicing?” Are Chinese workers in these countries building something? And yes, it would be useful to find out where these service stations are located, in NY, in particular.

    2. Dennis, as a general rule, I find that it helps if you tag the reference in the conversation so we have something to refer to in order to provide context. Just a thought.

The ruling that FBI can steal the private vaults assets of customers who hold assets in their boxes because of alleged wrong doing by the company private vaults is totally consistent with the current violation of segregation of customer assets that is present in the FTX case, and in the not too distant past, in the case of MF Global headed by Jon Corzine where both firms used customer assets to make bets on behalf of the company. Segregation is a core tenent of wall street custody operations. That tenent has been blown away but its been ignored in multiple cases leading up to this.
