Hate car salesmen? Want to skip the test drive?
General Motors has some cars to show you.
The government-rescued automaker announced on Monday that it is starting a trial in which consumers can buy new cars through eBay, the online sales site, allowing them to purchase Chevrolets, Buicks, GMCs or Pontiacs without setting foot in a dealership.

Oh, I can hardly wait until car buyers find out that their car doesn’t qualify for “Cash for Clunkers” after they’ve made a “buy it now” purchase.
I have an old Volvo in need of repair and decided to trade it in for C4C. I went to the GM website, selected my vehicle, selected the vehicle I want to purchase, and was given a $4500 rebate voucher. I printed the voucher and headed to the dealer. When I got to the dealer, they said my car didn’t qualify according to the cars.gov website. They had so many customers lined up with clunkers that they didn’t care if I purchased a car or not. One salesperson told me, “Oh, most people come in thinking they’ll get cash for their clunker, but when it doesn’t qualify, they buy anyway because the deal is still too good to pass up.
It’s the old “bait and switch.” Looking into my crystal ball, I see many repos in the coming months.

This is an attack on car dealerships and small business owners!
In the new system that they are building, we will all be forced to work for businesses that they directly control. Hence, all independent wealth and business owners are under attack, through excessive gov’t regulation and the like.
I predict all independent car dealers will be wiped-out in the next 10 years if they are successful.
