Thin ICE
John Titus and Catherine Austin Fitts host a Money & Markets episode themed “Thin ICE,” arguing that public support for an expanding surveillance/control infrastructure is weakening as the physical “hardware” of a domestic control grid becomes visible. They focus heavily on a thoroughly sourced, anonymously written ESC analysis of Jeffrey Epstein’s DOJ-released emails, presenting Epstein as an “intelligence router” and distributed “switchboard” for elite networks—moving from early Rockefeller sponsorship (including appointments to Rockefeller University, the Trilateral Commission, and CFR) to representing the Rothschilds by 2016. The discussion frames Epstein as an agent connecting multiple Rothschild branches and broader financial/governance projects, including programmable/digital currency concepts (purpose-bound money), AI classification, impact/ESG investing, and institutional staffing, with the claim that by 2019 the network’s threads were “institutionalized,” making the switchboard operator unnecessary. Fitts links this to the institutionalization of financing via FASAB 56 and to “Going Direct Reset” planning, suggesting Epstein’s removal occurred after his function was no longer needed. They also discuss alleged functions of Epstein’s sexual blackmail/abuse operation as bonding, personnel “benefits,” blackmail, and reinforcing dehumanization.
The episode then turns to political backlash over the Epstein Files, citing reporting that DOJ records include an FBI interview of a “credible victim” alleging Trump sexually assaulted her when she was 13–14, and claiming Pam Bondi lied to Congress by saying there was “no evidence” of Trump crimes related to Epstein. They highlight polling showing strong public belief that powerful elites protected Epstein and need investigation, and discuss broader distrust in the DOJ. Clips from a hearing show survivors saying they still have not met with DOJ, and Bondi not apologizing; another clip shows Bondi pivoting to stock-market records (Dow/S&P/Nasdaq) as a defense, which the hosts connect to a “red button problem” where rising portfolios buy public acquiescence.
They cover DHS/ICE actions, including administrative subpoenas to tech companies (Google, Reddit, Discord, Meta) seeking identifying data on anti-ICE or ICE-tracking accounts, and Social Security workers being told to share appointment details with ICE—described as an expansion of the security state into other agencies. They cite cases alleging ICE agents made false statements under oath after shootings and note thousands of court rulings finding unlawful detentions. They also discuss a federal judge blocking efforts to penalize Sen. Mark Kelly over speech about refusing illegal military orders, after a grand jury rejected a proposed indictment.
On economics, they discuss consumer inflation vs. price levels, argue official inflation understates lived cost increases, and highlight rising delinquency and “survival debt,” noting NFCC clients now averaging $70,000 income with $35,000 unsecured debt. They discuss healthcare costs as a major driver. On housing, they cite an article arguing the “housing market” functions as a market for financial products serving investors and keeping prices elevated, and discuss financialization. They review market charts including homebuilders vs. S&P, Palantir vs. major indexes, and central bank reserves showing gold overtaking the U.S. dollar.
In geopolitics, they examine confusing signals around Russia, Turkey, and Iran, including Turkey’s Russian-supplied S-400 systems potentially supporting U.S.-aligned actions and analysis suggesting Putin may be prioritizing sanctions relief negotiations (the “Anchorage formula”) amid internal tensions, while also considering the possibility of Russian strategic “head-fakes.” They also cover Russia–China cooperation with Iran without a mutual defense clause.
Additional stories include Gaza reporting on Israeli strikes during a “ceasefire” and Trump’s announcement of a $5B “Board of Peace” pledge, framed as a mechanism that could bypass the UN. They discuss Apple’s $2B acquisition of an Israeli “pre-speech” tech company (Quiet AI) and concerns about surveillance/targeting technology, and return to the theme of data sovereignty with Switzerland ending a Palantir contract over unacceptable sovereignty risks, highlighting extensive FOIA-based reporting.
The episode ends with follow-up on claims of buried girls near Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, noting a state land commissioner’s call for investigation and prior lack of action. In Solari “in-house” updates, Titus says he finished writing a new installment of “War for Bankocracy” (episode 4A), they mention an annual Equity Overview and precious-metals deep dive, share a story about alumni action stopping a school vaccine mandate via a detailed letter, highlight a “deep survival” rescue story, and announce fundraising for a Switzerland event supporting a research mirror project. They also warn about AI-generated impersonation and fabricated content used for fraud.

Catherine,
I’m reading that US is buying back its own debt every week to the tune of billions. Is that accurate and if so should one assume it’s because nobody else wants it?
What are the implications of this when we consider the Genius Act and issuance of Stable Coins? Is this just a bait and switch?
I was able to listen to part of the legislative briefing yesterday, not all but not sure if this was covered?
James Corbett interview with Aaron Day on Bitcoin and Epstein is fascinating.
this video is interesting.

Video notes – title is ‘predictions for 2026’:
loneliness comes from friction. more friction. lonely people are highly suggestible.
More people talking to AI about their mental state then they do to therapists, making people even more suggestible and programmable.
when people can not tell what is real they fall back on tribe authority and familiar narratives. There will be an event that encourages isolation. when distance is presented as a virtue (see China Deep dive as this is happening in China already with the younger generation ‘living simply’ – staying at their parents’ and not spending any money) people will love it.
psyops will become very visible. instead of convincing people what to think systems are going to focus them on what media/sources to think with.
psychedelics moving into the mainstream as repairing meaning for people. People will be drawn to psychadelics to ‘feel human again’, and to feel connected to something.
how can I feel human again?
“loneliness comes from friction. more friction. lonely people are highly suggestible”
What does lonely mean? An empty vessel that needs constant filler from the outside, an Non Playable Character (NPC) of sorts? Yes, there seem many around these days, they are not highly suggestable but simply programmed as they always were. Today, earth seems overrun with them! Then there are people with rich internal lives, they often prefere solitude and welcome it, neeed it even. I’d argue they are the least programmable.
I agree!
Hi Catherine and subscribers. Can anyone think of a suitable person to testify at the National Citizens Inquiry in Canada asking the question ” Are Farmers Safe in Canada?” ?Subscribers understand the Omniwar and some of us in agriculture have suffered from the effects of the “stacking” of several “attack vectors”. Personally, I’ve gone from being the local fresh lamb supplier to the Vancouver Whole Foods Markets (15 years ago), to having to sell my ranch and keeping just 5 bred Ewes. A slow and steady, sometimes quickening pressure, working against thriving on the land. Here’s the link https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/testify/
I sent the info to some farmers I know. I’m in Edmonton and volunteered at the NCI when it stopped here last year. The whole experience was wonderful and Ted is blessed by angels.
Thanks Elizabeth
Catherine,
I just finished watching a PBS mini-series called “Mr. Bates vs The Post Office”. It’s about the corruption in the UK Post Office which resulted in the “greatest miscarriage of justice in British legal history”. It was released in 2024. Highly recommended.
I watched this as well. It was excellent.
Hi Catherine and Solari subscribers. Can you think of anyone who might be interested in testifying at the National Citizens Inquiry asking “Are Farmers Safe in Canada?” ? Solari subscribers have an understanding of “Omniwar”. Personally, I’ve experienced years of “attack vectors” which seemed unrelated, but are not. Reducing me from being the local fresh lamb supplier to the Vancouver Whole Foods Markets, running a 65 cow calf operation, and selling pork, to selling my ranch and caring for a handful of geriatric pet sheep. Here’s the link https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/testify/
As a retired Air Force Colonel, exact rank and grade as Capt (r) Kelly, you are absolutely incorrect about Capt (r) Kelly’s participation in the video. All active duty members are aware that unlawful orders need not obeyed. What then was his intent with the video? he knew exactly what the purpose and the effect his rank would have. Additionally, all transitioning (i.e from active duty to retirement after reaching retirement eligibility), military members are briefed that regardless of being on retired status, are subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) if found to have committed infractions. Interfering or disrupting good order and discipline within the ranks is certainly a unlawful action under the UCMJ and Capt (r) Kelly’s unlawful participation renders his actions subject to disciplinary action which could and should minimally be reduction in grade resulting in a corresponding reduction in retirement pay. What he did is a not only a disgrace to his uniform and service to our country, but clear to most who have worn the uniform an act of treason. Lets stay within our lane, just because a civilian judge said no one has been brought to trial does not make what he did honorable or lawful, in fact just the opposite. Regardless of his current status as a US Senator he is first of all a retired Senior Military Officer who swore an oath who’s actions are subject to the rules and regulations of the UCMJ. He certainly deserves a reduction in rank and possibly a bunk in Leavenworth
What law did he break? And what if he was protecting American citizens from the military being used to exercise power against them illegally. Wish I understood your point of view. I honestly do not. How did he discourage anyone in the military from following lawful orders? The US military is subject to civilian governance and authority, including the US Senate.
