  1. This is the insanity. Natural light being blocked out in classrooms for Florescent lights. A woman posted on Facebook asking why public school teachers in our area were closing all of the blinds in the classrooms and just relying on florescent lights. Two answers came up:
    1. This made smart-boards more visible.
    2. Teachers want to create a “dark-den” reducing stimulation for overstimulated kids and improving behavior.
I wonder, are school training kids to sit in the dark as part of their future careers? Or is this just more for the https://www.makeheavencrowdedtour.com/? (hint: you don’t make heaven crowded with more churchgoing)

    1. I have a Master’s in Education, and though I am not making a career in this field, I signed-on 2 years ago to work as a Substitute for my local District. The rate of pay is absurdly low. I had students making a dollar more per hour plus free lunch down @ McDonald’s a block away, but I thought of it as somewhat of a public service since I’m a fun and competent Substitute, as they go. There are many reasons why I utimately resigned, but what you point to here is absolutely one of them: all blinds down, all windows closed (and locked, as are all doors as per “active shooter” mitigating protocols). So, the rooms have this sealed-in/artificial environment feel about them, and will not subject myself to it. I even tried, as often as I could, to work “going outside” into the lesson-plans of the day, but not only was I thwarted in that effort by Admin. more often than not, the general policies of the school have gone so bizarro in favor of “safety”, that there are too many days in both late Spring and late Fall that are decreed either “too hot” or “too cold” for the children to be “safe” outside. So, “indoor recess” is declared (much to the delight of most of the teachers who seem to loathe being outside). To be clear, “indoor recess” 9/10 times is a movie -yay more screens. The patients are running the asylum- I can’t be part of that system at all, even as charity.

  2. Was it in this program that Catherine said the silver game is happening to create the control grid. Can you provide info as to where I can find it and what this means.

  3. Latest report: I just got back from Miami Florida. I drove to Key West and back. (actually dodged the worst of ice storm) That place is booming! There are construction projects in Miami Everywhere! Roads! Infrastructure! What recession? Not sure where the funds are coming from but I can tell you that place is strong. Money is everywhere. I budget travel, so I am staying at a hostel in Miami Beach. People have money…. or fake money, or credit cards with high limits! Sadly, I was the only opt out of TSA screening going to and fro. Nobody but me getting the pat downs in the airports. There is a whole bank of biometric face screening scanning stations set up at Fort Lauderdale airport. “Clear” is the company. yikes. My experience with TSA wasn’t bad, but they did make a scene and example of me …

    1. The strategy to get people into the control grid is primarily with honey, not overt control or pain. They will stick with honey as long as they can dish it out.

      1. Don’t want to insult anyone or make conjecture … but there is a huge orthodox jewish population here. Also , no homeless people. No bench to sit on or sleep on , for me or anyone else. nothing. You walk here. no sitting.

  4. Hi Catherine. It is now 1 February and I am watching this podcast of 22 January. I must disagree with you regarding protests in Minnesota. You say that you think they are financed by some unknown group. Of course now, two ICE murders later and many ICE armed break-ins at homes and schools, it is impossible to suppose that these are not legitimate protests. John was talking about abrogation of states rights by the EPA and the AI data banks but refrained from mentioning the abrogation of states rights in Minnesota. The governor and the mayor are trying to protect their citizens in their state. Possibly by your next podcast when you have more details your point of view may have changed. Meanwhile I will post this link to the ongoing tragedy of the Trump imposed Homeland Insecurity ICE invasion of Minnesota. https://x.com/LongTimeHistory/status/2017206166670266370?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E2017206166670266370%7Ctwgr%5E888dd086d31abea73d0690fa36258d33cc7a0810%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nakedcapitalism.com%2F2026%2F02%2Flinks-2-1-2026.html

    1. OK, just checked – The General Strike on January 23rd was estimated at up to 50,000 outdoors and later up to 20,000 indoors with 100s of businesses closing in response, so that is clearly bringing many people who are not paid in – as much as 10% of local population despite the cold. Would note the fury of people like Senator Tillis expresses how badly the ICE strategy is a F-UP and the power of the local and national response has been to the ICE effort. https://x.com/allenanalysis/status/2016482921310294518 – I believe the ICE effort is an intentional strategy to shred the Constitution. So it has backfired.

      1. Yes, I agree. And I think more Americans, regardless of political affiliation, are learning about their Constitutional rights, which is never a bad thing. Of course, if getting people out to sweep them into some biotechnology surveillance category is part of the mission, that could be having more success than the goal of an attack on the Constitution.

    2. No doubt there are honest people involved who are not being paid – yes, that part is legitimate, no doubt more so as time goes by – the longer it goes the more people get swept in. However, IMO the main thrust in the protestors was professionally organized and paid, including neurowarfare. Under no circumstance does this imply anything positive about the ICE effort, Noem, Miller, Trump. God does not bless a mess. The mess is throughout and good innocent people swept up and trying to have an intelligence conversation in the midst.

    3. I have a friend who lives there. It is a war zone, and they are all sucked into it. Every person in Minneapolis, regardless of political affiliation, has had their life affected.

      1. If ever there was an example of the price of low integrity leadership, this is it. Lose-lose-lose.

  5. this seems to be a corporatocracy starting with Bill Clinton’s efforts to help the banks print as much money as these banks want to to lend out. It has morphed into a corporatocracy now.

  6. Hello Catherine. You mentioned a book on addiction during this M&M of Jan 22. Unfortunately I didn’t have pen and paper handy to write down the title and I haven’t been able to find the reference by scanning through and I don’t see a transcript. Can you please provide the title and author.
    Thank you.
