The Solari Report – Paul Levy’s Resignation
By Catherine Austin Fitts
This is the story of two deans of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. One suppressed university endowment and financial information in a cruel and unusual way. The other suppressed minority student performance.
Guess which one was attacked by their powerful trustee and major donor?
The latest squabble at the University of Pennsylvania Law School raises deep questions about the $21 Trillion missing from US government accounts and the rich private endowments of American elite universities and the private equity and LBO firms that populate their governance and management.
Perhaps the time has come for a serious policy debate about how these private investment syndicates and their returns relate to predatory student loans destroying the future of so many young people, the underfunding of America’s pension funds and the deterioration of infrastructure and public services in America.

My response today to a fundraising appeal from University of Pennsylvania
What is it about Penn’s recent record that I would want to support?
The contribution to the student loan debacle?
Giving a major position to the Senator who lead the legislative infrastructure the private prison industrial complex?
The hollowing out and depopulation of the black neighborhoods in West Philadelphia?
Complete silence at Wharton and the law school on $21 trillion missing from the US government and FASAB 56 taking the US securities market dark?I am third generation Penn and a former board member of Arts and Sciences. However, the contribution of Penn to inequality and corruption in our country has reached unacceptable levels. Why would I give to this?
I appreciate your efforts and hard work to support your university. However, when an institution has an economically unsound model that profits from wider lawlessness, the support they need are more alums saying “no” – as in “no more – STOP.”
Best regards,
Catherine
