Thank you for the special show on Goldman Sachs and President-elect Trump’s team.
One thing I am sure Trump’s Goldman Sachs team will not repeat is Obama’s fiasco of rolling out an unfinished, failed ACA’s website to initiate his new program. Any new program Trump’s team has planned will work the first time as evidenced when Bush appointed Goldman Sachs’ Hank Paulson Treasury Secretary in 2006. His first budget in 2006 included millions of dollars to write and test software that would eventually be used in 2009 to execute TARP. In fact, the execution of TARP was delayed several times that Spring because they were still working to make it fool proof. This confirms your assertion that the Bush-Obama team was working together to steal the $700 billion of taxpayer money allowing only 1% to help the homeowners.
We might learn something of Steven Mnuchin’s plans as Secretary of Treasury by looking closely at his 2017 budget to see what money has been included in his budget for new software.
Keep up the great work! Please consider doing the same program with Dr. Farrell after Trump’s State of the Union Address.
Given DOJ’s sudden urge to settle our litigation in 2006 followed by Goldman engineering the Big Short, it was pretty clear that the housing bubble dump was orchestrated at great profit.
