The Solari Report and Catherine, collaborating with the four members of the Study Group on Technology and Power—technocracy expert Patrick Wood and scholars David A. Hughes, Lissa Johnson, and Daniel Broudy—have been working hard to raise awareness of the Omniwar that Mr. Global is waging, at full throttle, against the world’s populations.

Hughes—the author of Solari’s powerful report on Omniwar (available in PDF format HERE)—defines Omniwar as a stealth war to enslave humanity through the “weaponization of everything”—and emphasizes that effective resistance begins by seeing and understanding what we are facing. To that end, the five presented their second Omniwar Symposium on April 26 (the first having taken place in September 2024), focusing on the “Battle for the Brain.”

Noting that “the predator class is constantly looking for newer and more efficient methods of social control,” the symposium presenters individually addressed the topics of social engineering, the brain as a battlescape, dual-use neurotechnologies, and cognitive warfare, followed by a panel discussion.

Despite the grimness of these topics, the symposium presenters are optimistic. As Catherine frequently says, “Facing what’s going on is the doorway we walk through to get to real solutions.”
