John and Kay Sullivan
This week, a remarkable group of Young Builders —Solari’s pilot initiative to provide the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful in a changing world—will convene in Florida. The in-person gathering led by Ricardo Oskam would not be possible without the gracious support of John and Kay Sullivan, who are providing the venue at which the convocation will take place. John is also serving as an Expert Builder for the course, sharing his real estate expertise as a teacher and mentor.
The Sullivans are innovative developers who have created a 148-acre community called Winthrop, located in the Tampa Bay metropolitan area in Riverview, a suburb rated as one of the best places to live in Florida. The Sullivans’ vision for Winthrop particularly emphasizes “family-friendly” and “community-centric,” with the goal being to “infuse community” back into suburban life.
“Developers” barely begins to describe the Sullivans, however. At one time, Kay was chair of the Children’s Health Defense board. The couple also has a track record of supporting excellent political candidates, such as Representative Thomas Massie and former Congressman and presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich, as well as organizations that demonstrate “good stewardship of money that is donated to them.”
One of Kay’s favorite books is Holy Moments: A Handbook for the Rest of Your Life, a book that taps into the “universal longing to change the direction the world is heading in.” The Sullivans live the book’s life-changing principle—that “Some moments are holy. Some moments are unholy. And you get to decide.”
Catherine regularly reaches out to John and Kay for advice, insight, and inspiration. Ricardo, the Young Builders, and the Solari team thank the Sullivans for their leadership and generosity of both spirit and action.

I heard the comment posted below about young builders’ participants by Catherine a few times. In response I posted a remark on money markets 2-7-26 page 4 of the 2-5-26 show.
Catherine kindly responded to me using the word savvy to describe the parents of the young builders being a reason why they are so special. “These young people were raised by very savvy boomers and Gen X who wanted their kids to have a real chance in life.”
Although you can take positive affirmations for the use of the word savvy, shrewd is also a synonym for savvy a shrewd operator who transported arms for years and was finally undone by a … crackdown …—Pjotr Sauer
For this reason and one other. I find the description of young builder parents not so pleasant for non-savvy parents to hear who also want their kids to have a real chance in life.
Without abundant financial resources, strong family units, and extraordinary intelligence, for many this savvy label is not possible. Many have worked very hard within the corrupt system we live in at great sacrifice to enlighten their children and grandchildren without being in the savvy category.
We don’t need savvy; we need humility, work and education that truly benefits everyone.

I don’t agree that young people at their age are much better smarter etc… than for example baby boomers. I think it is a bad idea to build them up in this way to work in the new Solari program. It is not necessary to artificially put down one group to build up another. Boomers have done amazing things in their lifetimes. Younger people should be taught respect for them. It is horrible how older people are treated by some younger people when they could learn so much from them. I have found many young people to be terribly programmed to the detriment of much of what is going on now as they are the super tech demons target to gain support for the control grid. Many parents have had heartbreaking problems with their beautiful wonderful children from programming since covid hit. If anything, I would teach humility for everyone. I remember thinking when the older generations of Bushes, Chaney’s etc. were gone the baby boomers would make everything ok. Good luck, turns out this is a much deeper eternal dilemma that each one of us has to individually recognize and address. Only then will things fall into place to what we really want underneath it all. And that is not of this world and there are no losses attaining it. Only Will is needed. One more thing, I think it would be a good idea to press the red button on gold and silver as major contributors to supporting what is wrong in the world for the majority of suffering people.

Don’t mean to put them down whatsoever. These young people were raised by very savvy boomers and Gen X who wanted their kids to have a real chance in life. The parents had remarkable access to information because of the technology explosion among other things – and so them the kids did too. So there is an intergenerational leveraging that is happening that I find remarkable. And wonderful.
I agree that the generations are being taught to disrespect each other. That is why we must seek the pathways that do the opposite. It is the intergenerational leveraging that is so powerful.
I think gold and silver are just resources, like copper and oil. Our problem is a lousy governance system. Has to be solved at the root.
You and I see this differently, Jeanette. I just came from meeting several of the Young Builders parents and talking with many of the Young Builders about their parents – as it was the parents who put many of them on to the courses. In each case, whether luck, fortune, even misfortune, the parents realized the chasm between in official reality and reality. Many have strong faith practices. That resulted in their effort to give their children an education that reflected that knowledge combined with a real commitment to excellence in education. That is a aajor investment – this combination is what I was referring to as savvy. Yes, and it did give the young people a big leg up relative to parents who did not realize the official reality/reality divide. This is not to denigrate parents who cared and invested but just did not have the access. Indeed, Solari does everything possible to make this information accessible – I did over 80 public interviews last year and likely that amount annually for many years. However, my assessment is these young people are significantly better off as a result of their parents willingness or good fortune to face reality faster than most.
Thank you for your response, Catherine. The points you raise are not my concerns. Rather the words being used are. Language is revealing and has psychological effects that impact our perception and actions in the world.
Describing children and parents with labels and comparisons with others creates separation and elitism.
My underlying concern is what is expressed in General Flynn’s words in the weekly report 2-3-26 Floridian Future: Fighting for the Soul of the Republic at the 13-minute mark. Talk about official reality and reality.
I will not make any more comments on this. Thank you for your all your responses.
