Re how to overcome the sewage of mainstream media- I don’t watch it. It makes me angry. I get my news primarily online, but I do watch Tucker Carlson, and some local news. I felt the same way about Rush Limbaugh as I do about MSNBC, Rachel Maddow, etc. BUT I do watch MeTV on my rabbit ears. I love it at night. I watch MASH, Andy Griffith, Beverly Hill Billies, Perry Mason, etc. And “Schitts Creek” reruns on hulu.com. During day, I keep up with the Truthers online. Like solari.com,.Childrenshealthdefense.org, DailyClout.io, substack folks.
